I had a beautiful tartan pinafore dress made by Sally. It was specially adapted so I could access my peg feed discreetly. via a lined, zipped pocket with an opening through the back of the the pocket. It was perfect.
It was fully lined and fitted beautifully. All bespoke. Highly recommended.

Sally is excellent at her job and has such a calm, friendly and professional approach. She has saved the day twice with two of my daughters and their wedding dresses which needed complex last minute alterations. I wish we'd asked Sally to make the dresses in the first place!

Sally has TWICE saved the day for our family’s weddings. Firstly when my charity shop wedding dress had a bust that was far too large and misshapen, Sally neatly altered it to fit snugly. Then recently when my sister realised 4 days before her wedding day that her dress was too tight, Sally swiftly took on the challenge and had the dress fitting perfectly (as well as other alterations) within 24 hours, with not a trace of alterations being visible. My sister felt comfortable on her big day and looked fantastic. Sally is very talented, professional and not afraid of a challenge!

Sally Boyes is an experienced dressmaker, specialising in handmade garments, bridal wear, evening wear and tailoring. Qualified in City and Guilds Pattern Cutting and Design.
Alterations are also accepted.
Sally is based out of Willoughby in the Wolds and serving all in the surrounding areas of Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.
